I’ve been taking things to bits from an early age. It wasn’t until later I put them back together as well. Sometimes even the way they came apart.
YouTube and my Dad taught me to weld. But I don’t claim to be a ‘welder’.
My Dad being a mechanic is where I learned to fix cars from, well anything with an engine really.
I’m of the mindset – If something’s broken, taking it to bits and trying to fix it won’t make it worse. You can only make it better.
Conversely, if it’s not broken don’t try to ‘fix’ it.
